My refinance with Rate Rabbit was an outstanding experience. If I could rate 6 stars I would! They were able to process all my paperwork online or uploaded to my phone to send. Their customer service is easier to do online but when I had questions, butI could call and talk to somebody if I needed help . Their rates were slightly lower than other companies. Their closing costs were a little bit less than they originally estimated. I actually got money refunded, and I was surprised at how quickly their refund was issued. For the actual closing documents- they had a notary come to my home! The notary that came to my home did a fantastic and professional job and he made sure we were aware of what was being signed. He was so patient! All in all, I absolutely made the right decision. I will own my house 11 years earlier!
