It's gonna be be perfect if the loan person would provide any updates on process or at least answer phone calls. Rey (our loan officer) just provided the worst possible service. Person were just stopping answerting phone calls and emails for weeks at different stages. When I called the office and asked about help, they promised to resolve the issue, but instead just stopped answering my calls. And novody ever calls back.
The same documents were requested few times
It took 3 month for the loan approval. And the very last day i figured out i need to pass first time home buyer certification, which takes about a week. Luckily i have already had a certificate. If i only knew how painfull the process is gonna be, i would never work with MCI Mortgage. The worst company ever.
