This has to be one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. We are in the refinance process with them and are 83 days into it. We have excellent credit, want no cash out, and Augora can't seem to close the deal. Our neighbors did their refinance with a local company and were done in less than four weeks! This company is HORRIBLE, great advertised rate but terrible customer service. I would definitely not choose them. PS. - good luck on anyone calling you back

Absolutely excellent everything from Agora Lending. Best of all, working with Juliana Noel-Morgan, Mortgage Loan Originator. She was competent, helpful, patient, polite, prompt and immediately available at all times. Same goes for Erin Casillas, Closing Specialist. It required patience, but this was my best experience ever in refinancing my mortgage.
